Welcome to BeastBoard (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BeastBoard iOS application. By downloading, installing, or using BeastBoard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Overview

BeastBoard is a custom iOS keyboard that allows users to input text using voice dictation. Voice data is securely processed and transcribed to text through our backend services.

These Terms apply to all users of the App and form a legal agreement between you and the developer of BeastBoard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use BeastBoard.
By using the App, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account and Sign-In

BeastBoard uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. When you sign in, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information via Apple’s sign-in process.

  • Be responsible for maintaining control of your Apple account.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to lost or compromised Apple credentials.

4. Use of the App

You may use BeastBoard only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:

  • Use BeastBoard to record or transcribe content you do not have permission to record.

  • Use the App in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App’s operation.

  • Use the App to transmit malicious software or content.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of your access to the App.

5. Voice and Transcription Processing

When you use voice typing, your spoken input is transmitted to our secure backend for transcription.
We process and return text results in real time and do not permanently store your audio or text data, except temporarily for technical reasons such as caching or debugging.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in BeastBoard (including software, trademarks, logos, and other content) belong to the developer and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of BeastBoard without our prior written consent.

7. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BeastBoard solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible Apple devices, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm us or other users.

Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately end.

9. Disclaimers

BeastBoard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy or reliability of transcriptions;

  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App; or

  • The suitability of the App for any specific purpose.

You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use BeastBoard — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) you paid to download or use the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the App;

  • Your violation of these Terms; or

  • Your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our official website or within the App. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
